Is there a dress code at the wedding in Ocean City?
Beach semi-formal
The weather in Ocean City in the month of April can be unpredictable. Mid 50’s to possibly 80 degrees.
What if it rains on the day of the wedding?
The ceremony will be moved inside the Princess Royal Oceanfront Hotel and Resort.
What are the plans after the ceremony?
We would like to invite you to join us down at the Ocean City Pier so that the bride can eat her favorite food, Thrasher’s French fries plastered in salt and malt vinegar, and drink a chocolate chip coconut milkshake from Dumser’s Dairyland in her wedding dress. Both of which the Groom thinks are the most disgusting things created but is eager to see if the wedding dress survives.
After this gourmet late lunch, drive to Assateague Island, home of the famous wild ponies.
We will be going to the National side of the park. There is a fee to enter the park, anyone who would like to come we will pay.
Anyone with a military ID gets in for free. Prior to entrance we will verify those that are coming who have their ID.
After our adventure please join us for dinner or you can explore the dining of Ocean City!
Lombardi's Restaurant is tentatively the restaurant that we will be eating at, it is within walking distance from the hotel.
Restaurants on the Boardwalk are open depending on the weather. We will still be going to the pier and Assateague Island if it is raining.
